I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms had loads of character, and our small balcony with a table and chairs had a stunning view overlooking Lake Como. It felt like a great deal, and I suspect we even got a free upgrade. The service was top-notch, always available and super helpful, even storing our bags early for us. The location is truly the best, with superb views over Lake Como, making it easy to explore central Como. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room to a lake view room straight into our bedroom from our little balcony was a unique feature, but it could get noisy at night due to a passageway below. The service, especially from Viviana, was exceptional, and the management was top-notch. The breakfasts fit for a king and the hotel's location right on the lake with a mountain view were definite highlights. However, the noise issue in the room disrupted my stay.
