I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms had loads of character, and our small balcony with a table and chairs had a stunning view overlooking Lake Como. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room to a lake view room straight into our bedroom from our little balcony was a unique feature, but it could get noisy at night due to a passageway below. The service, especially from Viviana, was exceptional, and the management was top-notch. The breakfasts fit for a king and the hotel's location right on the lake with a mountain view were definite highlights. However, the noise issue in the room disrupted my stay.
